Week 6 part 2

Progress of group project  
We lacked deciding on what we wanted to do so I suggested that we met up In second life We leaned more towards discussing fast fashion and farming, but we hadn't settled on topic. So we recently had another meeting in second life to confirm the topic Which was fast fashion and we started brainstorming ideas and companies .We then agreed on a list of slides we should include and I took them down on a piece of paper ,we all had a lot of ideas of what to put on the slides so it was pretty easy we also were considering doing a segment on fast fashion today during this pandemic and including like the mask production and like the clothing production of suits .I then sent a picture to the group chat of the slides  ,there was a bit of a langue barrier with chemning so I made sure to translate the title of the slides for him in the WhatsApp group chat just so we were all on the same page we then created a Google slides document as we could all combined our slides together and also Google Slides was easy to share to make sure none of us had the same points on our slides we could both read eachothers slides to make sure that we weren't saying the same thing. So we kind of didn't put a rush on doing the slides we were all kind of busy.

Once we have the list of slides I asked the group what slides they would like to do and they chose their slides they were happy to do I think we've all individually brainstormed the ideas we have for our slides but nothing has been posted to google slides yet. We did really come up with some good ideas so I think our project will be quite good also I think we're all quite good with time management so I think we'll get it done in time. Laura seems to be passionate about fast fashion so I can't wait to see her slides and the information she comes out with.

week 8 part 2

We ’ ve been having  a bit of a discussion on if we actually want to do fast fashion  because we thought that maybe another group would have done it  and we   kinda  didn't want to have the exact same  project  a s another group    so yeah I kind of thought that  another group    would do fast fashion  and at this point  there were  no slides on the Google slides document  and we could have really changed topic if we wanted to  topic  but   I'm glad we didn't   i  did however ask two of the groups what they were doing just to make sure it  wasn’t  fast fashion so  then we then proceeded  to go ahead with the presentation  and   chenming  was the first person to have the  slides   done   , I made a little brainstorm on what I wanted to include in my slides I also watched a few  documentaries  which really helped me understand the p roduction and the waste that it produces. Week 3

The Team project  I'm in the Red team with CrimsonChocobo  and  ChenmingZhang Unfortunately we didn't meet that weekend in second life due to how busy we were and the fact we didn't have any other type of contact apart from second life it was hard to get a hold of them because obviously i'm not and there not gonna be active all the time on second life,I kinda didn't know who they were and i left the class in second life as soon as it was over as i had to do something after, so i kinda failed to communicate with them after the class and it was hard to find them because i didn't know if there username on second life was there real name or not, so it was hard to find them on social media especially because i didn't know what they looked like or there real name.I Managed to private message Crimson m y phone number on second life and i knew she'd eventually get it and before the next class we were able to set up a group on whats app. I think are meeting d

Week 1

Why i chose this module I chose this module because i thought it was interesting and kinda a class in the future  i thought it would be fun to try and of course its different from any other modules .i'm very interested in the futurist things and wanted to see how this class would work. Exploring second life  Ballroom The first place i went to was apotheoses Ballroom ,Hibdon when i got there i explored the site and also tried to get used to how to move and fly. the inside was elegant and put together the music was good the outside was like a frozen movie scene. i really liked the scenery didnt really interact with anyone in this chatroom apart from the people in my class.
