Week 5


Unfortunately i Missed this weeks class as i was in England and couldn't bring my laptop and i also didn't have access to one while i was over there, So i will be discussing the impact and approach Marshall Mc Luhan's lecture gave to me and the meaning be hide what i think he means.
 I think Mc Luhan  is a man that has experienced a lot of things and a lot of people its almost like he's studied people and knows how to read society,In the first part of he's lecture he started saying how much TV and radio have an effect on are life he stated "a TV person has no objective at all and that TV is subjected and literature is objected" .He also thinks peoples opinions can be confusing and misleading "Value Judgement is very personal that it confuses people" what i think he means by this is that when people give there personal opinion on news or reports there often forget there opinion isn't always wanted or relevant.
Mc Luhan also goes on to say that in Literature words themselves and expressions can be misleading like when words have different meanings his example is "read" which has a few different meanings.
He also says "The quest for identity is always a Violent quest and its a series of adventures and encounters"I think this is very true as people go through alot of different experiences and most of these wont be  pleasant and maybe hard to get through but it effects your out look on life i think.Also you will meet people that might change your outlook or your perspective on life.

week 8 part 2

We ’ ve been having  a bit of a discussion on if we actually want to do fast fashion  because we thought that maybe another group would have done it  and we   kinda  didn't want to have the exact same  project  a s another group    so yeah I kind of thought that  another group    would do fast fashion  and at this point  there were  no slides on the Google slides document  and we could have really changed topic if we wanted to  topic  but   I'm glad we didn't   i  did however ask two of the groups what they were doing just to make sure it  wasn’t  fast fashion so  then we then proceeded  to go ahead with the presentation  and   chenming  was the first person to have the  slides   done   , I made a little brainstorm on what I wanted to include in my slides I also watched a few  documentaries  which really helped me understand the p roduction and the waste that it produces. Week 3

The Team project  I'm in the Red team with CrimsonChocobo  and  ChenmingZhang Unfortunately we didn't meet that weekend in second life due to how busy we were and the fact we didn't have any other type of contact apart from second life it was hard to get a hold of them because obviously i'm not and there not gonna be active all the time on second life,I kinda didn't know who they were and i left the class in second life as soon as it was over as i had to do something after, so i kinda failed to communicate with them after the class and it was hard to find them because i didn't know if there username on second life was there real name or not, so it was hard to find them on social media especially because i didn't know what they looked like or there real name.I Managed to private message Crimson m y phone number on second life and i knew she'd eventually get it and before the next class we were able to set up a group on whats app. I think are meeting d

Why i chose this module I chose this module because i thought it was interesting and kinda a class in the future  i thought it would be fun to try and of course its different from any other modules .i'm very interested in the futurist things and wanted to see how this class would work. Exploring second life  Ballroom The first place i went to was apotheoses Ballroom ,Hibdon when i got there i explored the site and also tried to get used to how to move and fly. the inside was elegant and put together the music was good the outside was like a frozen movie scene. i really liked the scenery didnt really interact with anyone in this chatroom apart from the people in my class.
